Connect HubSpot and send your first order

  1. Open Revasive, sign in with your verified account, or contact support to arrange account setup. When self-service signup is enabled, choose Sign in → Create account and confirm your email in the same browser.
  2. Create your workspace when prompted. New workspaces start with zero credits.
  3. Open Settings → Connect HubSpot. Sign in on the connection page, select your Revasive workspace, choose the intended HubSpot account, and approve consent. Return to Settings and check the connection.
  4. Create a template. Choose Letter or Postcard, enter a return address, and write your message. Supported fields are {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{company}}, and {{deal_name}}.
  5. Request funding in Settings and contact support to arrange payment. Wait until credits are confirmed.
  6. For a one-off order, choose a template and enter an address or import a contact by HubSpot record ID. A deal import requires choosing exactly one associated recipient. Review all imported values and the price before submitting.
  7. For automation, prepare a workflow guide in Revasive, then create the actual contact or deal workflow in HubSpot. Workflow availability depends on your HubSpot subscription and permissions.
  8. Set enrollment rules (for example, contact lifecycle stage becomes Customer). Add an optional delay, then add Send a Revasive letter.
  9. Copy the template ID into the action and map the recipient fields. Map all deal recipient fields from the same explicitly chosen associated contact. Use a two-letter country code; US and Canadian addresses need a state/province and postal code. Map company/deal name if the template uses those fields.
  10. Enroll one controlled test recipient, review the queued order and its credit charge, and confirm production/mailing with staff before wider activation.

HubSpot record card

Add the Revasive card to contact/deal record layouts using HubSpot's record customization controls. The card opens the workspace with the record ID and portal context; sign in to import recipient information. URL parameters never grant account access.

Disconnect and uninstall

Open Settings → Disconnect, review the confirmation, and submit. This removes the app from HubSpot and stops new workflow orders. Previously accepted orders remain in fulfillment. Removing the app from HubSpot Connected Apps also revokes the integration; Revasive detects revoked credentials on subsequent checks/use. Reinstall by connecting again and granting fresh consent. Contact support for account/data deletion.

Data and permissions

ScopePurpose
oauthConnect and refresh the installation.
crm.objects.contacts.readImport the selected recipient's name, postal address, and company.
crm.objects.deals.readRead a selected deal's name and associated contact IDs for explicit recipient selection.

Revasive does not write contact or deal records. Signed workflow requests provide mapped recipient and personalization fields. Order status is available in Revasive; this version does not write fulfillment status to HubSpot.
